This lone police hut stands guard over the Greek Orthodox equivalent of the Vatican. Behind the wall is the seat of the ecumenical patriarch, the leader of 225–300 million adherents of the (other) One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church established by Jesus and his Apostles almost 2,000 years ago.
