Aeroflot office, Cumhuriyet Caddesi. A single white Safter monoplex, which is rarely occupied. 

TSK is unsure what this kiosk's occupant would be guarding but assumes it's the adjacent Aeroflot office. We'll see if  it's manned more consistently come the 2014 Russia winter olympics.
