Istanbul Technical University Taşkışla campus, School of Architecture. These kiosks stand guard at the gates to higher technical knowledge. Only those at the peak of their intellectual prowess are permitted to pass through to the rarefied air of the university beyond. This building used to be a lunatic asylum.
