Kiosk 81-82: Foreigner Gaol, Kumkapi. The first kiosk (recently and inexplicably elevated, according to our guest contributor) contains an armed guard overseeing the arrival of those yabancı (foreigners) that have strayed from goodness and ended up in the Turkish justice system. The second, found at the rear entrance, is abandoned, like the hope of all ye that enter there.
