Kiosk 76-81: Gezi Park, Istanbul. These kiosks now contain as much as the hearts of those who are knocking down some of the last remaining green space in the city. (Would that be nothing, Ed?)

Our correspondent captured these forlorn kiosk in the central park of Istanbul. The park is about to be  laid waste by the municipality to make way for what officials claim will be a barracks but the word on the street says will be a mall. Who needs green space when you have retail space?
