Location Unknown

Kiosk 78: Location Unknown. Contains fluorescent strip light. Exterior shows evidence of electricity junction box that could be connected to more appliances but we are unable to determine what they may be.

The location of this kiosk is lost in the mists of memory, as the picture was found lurking on an old phone (hence the substandard quality). But what we can say with certainty is that is one of thousands of similar kiosks tacitly doing its duty by keeping some underpaid fellow warm and dry on an inky black night.
